If you are eligible to return a product, the following terms apply:

- Return Window: 30 days from the day you or a third party (not the delivery carrier) received the goods

- Restocking Fee: None
- Refund Processing Time: Within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Eligible Product Condition: New or lightly used items

To meet the return period, it is sufficient to notify us before the 30-day deadline.
Return Instructions
Returned items must be sent within 14 days from the day you notify us of your intent to return. Please send them to:

The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day return window expires.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition and functionality, you may be held responsible for any resulting loss in value.
Refund Details
We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except additional charges for non-standard delivery methods you may have selected), no later than 14 days after we receive your returned goods or proof of return—whichever comes first.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No processing fees will be charged.
